John has a strong commercial background with management experience in large and small organisations. He is currently CEO of Magnetism Solutions Ltd.

John has been involved in leading Alpha courses since the mid-1990s. He developed a version of the Alpha Course for use with guests in the process of learning English.

Hugh has a commercial background, and is currently Project Director for Green Energy & Water. He has worked in developed and emerging countries, enjoying local church life wherever his family have lived. He was involved with Impact World Tour in New Zealand. 

Hugh has experienced God moving through Alpha in several countries, starting with Russia in 1995. He helps with Alpha in his local church in Wellington.

Kathryn has worked in both paid and unpaid capacities with passionate and talented people and organisations involved in the transformation of communities and individuals. Her work has often related to international communities, and she has a heart for community, evangelism and discipleship.

Kathryn was International Development Director for Alpha International from 2008–2012. She is currently Community Engagement Manager at St. Johns.

Jean was transformed from an atheist to a Christian through Alpha, and her passion is to see others have the same experience. As a director of her own business for nearly 20 years, Jean brings a strategic focus and conversation to the board.
