This DVD set includes 5 Discs. The first three discs contain the 15 Alpha Course sessions in full (approx. 40 - 50mins each). The Alpha Express Discs contain 15 edited sessions of the Alpha Course to be used with ‘Alpha in the Workplace’, where time is short.

PLEASE NOTE:

We do not recommend using the shorter sessions on a regular Alpha Course as it does not have as much content. Alpha Express must be supplemented by every guest receiving a copy of the book ‘Alpha - Questions of Life’.
